Nerlens Noel (Hoopmixtape)

Hoopmixtape goes about a year & a half back in time with Nerlens Noel. Nerlens fell a 6 picks from being predicted to be Number 1 in the 2013 NBA Draft after tearing his ACL at Kentucky. Noel is now a Philadelphia Sixer and this could be what the city of Philly could be getting with a healthy Nerlens.
