Damian Lillard Wins 2013 Rookie Of The Year

In a pretty much landslide voting and evident choice for NBA Rookie Of The Year. Blazers stand out point guard Damian Lillard took home the hardware. Lillard averaged 19 Points and 6 Assist per game. He won Rookie Of The Month every month this 2012-13 season and has gained praises from Lakers Kobe Bryant saying "He's fantastic, He's really fantastic. A lot of players get hot, the patience, intelligence, the balance on his jumpers. He's the real deal". It was an unaminous voting for Lillard & definitely is on the rise.
