Baltimore's own, Phendi releases her debut mixtape "Label Whore". Phendi took her time to make sure she put out a classic tape. She's not your average female rapper. Phendi really took some serious topics. Although in the artwork she displays her lust for shoes and fashion, Phendi really has lyrics. It's not just all an image, it's not about selling sex like the mass. She's more on the story telling side of hip hop.
