GQ Magazine Names Pharrell - "Hitmaker Of The Year"

In December's Men Of The Year issue for GQ Magazine the people of GQ name Pharrell "Hitmaker Of The Year". With the contribution of Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" and the questionable Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" which has been in legal issues for sampling Marvin Gaye's "Got To Give It Up". However both tracks in the music world have highly regarded & recognized. Pharrell comments on his latest recognition by GQ

 "Both songs are for people who need a break,” he says. “There’s a lot of fucked-up travesty in the world. Sometimes you just need a Hallmark card. Sometimes you just need to shake your ass.”
