J. Cole Announces Release Date For New Album

J. Cole has revealed the release date of his next album, titled Born Sinner.

The sophomore release is set for January 28, 2013, where the rapper revealed in a Ustream video and subsequent viral video. The rapper’s first album, Cole World: The Sideline Story, went gold and was well received commercially and critically. The date is set as it is, because January 28 is also the Roc Nation emcee’s 28th birthday. Cole and Kendrick Lamar also have an album set in the near future, but no date has been set.
