Chicago's own & 2nd son Jabari Parker made his decision and declared for the NBA. It was only "when" for Jabari after a stellar Freshman year at Duke. Parker the most pro-ready prospect to many NBA experts is slated in most NBA Mock Draft's to go 2nd in the 1st Round. Jabari averaged 19 pts a game and almost 9 rebs a game was no doubt's Duke's best player.
