2 days ago sportingnews.com broke the news Baltimore's own Junior from Patterson High phenom Aquille Carr committs to Seton Hall.At 5'6-150 class of 2013 athletic guard is one of the smallest recruit in recent years.Last friday on his twitter @CantGuard3 he tweeted the words "Seton Hall" and then later stated "Thanks to everybody that pushed me to make it to where I am at Seton Hall".Aquille has achieved many accomplishments scoring 58 pts and topping 1000 pts as a sophmore which lead to a city championship and runner-up in the State Finals with a tough loss to undefeated North Point. And big talks over the 2011 summer following an erroneous report that he’d been offered more than $700,000 by an Italian pro team. Scout.com rates him No. 41 and assigns him four stars. Rivals has him 15 spots higher, at No. 26. Hes definitely an exciting quick and ball handling very talented player being too small to play in the Big East is a minor issue. Carr will be the biggest recruit to lace them up in South Orange, NJ since the late Eddie Griffin in 2000 became a national sensation.I've seen him play a few times myself in all the hype is true and then some reminds me of a young Allen Iverson.Patterson High School Basketball games have become instant highlights and full to capacity i recommend if you want to see him play you better get there early.
