Yesterday VH1 "Behind The Music" aired probably one of its most touching segment on R&B star Grammy Award Winning artist Brandy.Brandy discussed her church up bringing into becoming a teenage phenom dealing with her highs,lows,and reflects on her last moments with the late Whitney Houston.Also despite selling over 20 million records as a teenager being in her own words "The unhappiest teenager in the world".This documentary was very much in depth and never realize how much Brandy has been through dealing with he pressure of her career as a musician and her hit tv show series Moesha at such a young age.Then as an adult lying about being married when she fell pregnant, and the 2007 car crash that left one person dead.Also having to cope with suffering an eating disorder during the height of her career.Brandy stated in her own words"I wanted to be so thin. That was my main thing. So I started not taking care of myself - not eating properly, not eating at all, diet pills, regurgitating and all of these things that girls do," she recalled.Its good to see the 33 year old R&B Diva going down the right road and set to drop her new album Two Eleven this summer.She has currently been featured on BET hit show The Game and a another on the upcoming Tyler Perry film The Marriage Counselor.Which will feature casting members Kim Kardashian and Vanessa Williams that is suppose to be released March of 2013.
